Paramanu Recordings Proudly presents our first collective mixtape since 2009. "Paramanu Recordings Presents...Descendants of Decay Vol. 1". This mixtape is a collection of progressive hip-hop tracks, instrumentals, and rarites from Paramanu Recordings top indie artists.

This mixtape has been in the works for several months now and is also a very special one. Due to the unaffortunate events that plagued Japan recently, not only will this mixtape pay homage to the labels talent and great music, it will also pay relief to those affected by the terrible tsunami/earthquake that struck the japan regions.

This mixtape will be a "name your price" donation where 100% of the proceeds will be given to our labelmate and great friend Tim Oikawa.

Tim and his family, friends, neighbors, etc were greatly affected by this terrible disaster. He experienced and seen and now suffering things (shortage of food, water, living, trasporatation) that many people couldn't even imagine. He was fortunate to have survived such a crisis, while many others didn't.

We know there are tons of Japan Relief programs out there now, but we felt here at Paramanu Recordings that since Tim is part of our extended family why not give the proceeds to someone who we know will do right and get the donations into the right hands, and get things done.

The minimum price is just $5 for the CD. That is not asking much. We encourage you to donate more, but since the initial intentions of the mixtape was to be a free download/CD we wanted to give the fans an option if they wanted to donate or not. The digital download donation can be a minimum of $0, but we TRUELY hope that you do donate a little. Anything right now helps.

We will keep the donation option going for a MONTH, if it needs to be extended we will do that. After the time being, donations will no longer be required

We initially wanted to do a "Buid your own mixtape" where customers can pick and choose which tracks they would like on their CDs and they could choose multiple CD volume's with their choice of artwork. Unfortunately this option will no longer be available.

We felt this could delay orders due to the number of customizations that we receive and we do not want to delay the release any further.

However all tracks from this Mix will be included on 1 CD, we've tested this and all tracks fit, so don't worry you will receive all tracks when you order a CD!!

You can still choose the artwork you like for your CD. If you don't care about the artwork you will get a random CD with a random artwork.
